Sunrise Toyota is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on automotive professional who can provide strong leadership, support dealership operations, and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers.

As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the department’s overall performance, including profitability, inventory management, employee development, wholesale growth, and collaboration with our Service and Sales departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.
- Lead, train, schedule, and support Parts Department employees.
- Establish departmental objectives and monitor performance against sales, gross-profit, expense, and productivity targets.
- Maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing obsolescence, aging inventory, and emergency orders.
- Monitor parts demand, order patterns, fill rates, lost sales, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure parts are ordered, received, stored, billed, and distributed accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and support the completion of the annual physical inventory.
- Maintain accurate pricing, bin locations, purchase orders, credits, returns, and warranty parts records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and internal customers.
- Identify opportunities to expand wholesale parts sales and improve customer retention.
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure technicians and advisors receive the correct parts promptly.
- Support the Sales Department with accessories, vehicle personalization, and new-vehicle preparation.
- Maintain compliance with Toyota policies, dealership procedures, health and safety requirements, and applicable legislation.
- Monitor departmental expenses and implement practical measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely, fair resolutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe Parts Department.
- Participate as a member of the dealership’s management team and contribute to overall operational goals.

Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience is required.
- Parts management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
- Toyota or dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts operations, inventory control, and departmental financial performance.
- Experience using a dealership management system; Reynolds is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance customer service, operational efficiency, and financial results.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on capacity and assisting the department during busy periods.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic parts catalogues.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and a clean driving record.
