We are looking for a full time customer service rep with service and/or parts experience in the automotive/heavy duty industry and exceptional customer service skills.

We service and repair a variety of vehicles from cars and light trucks to heavy trucks and trailers (gas and diesel).

Qualifications include

Valid driver's licence, exceptional customer service skills, good at multi-tasking/prioritizing, previous industry experience and valuable computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and answer phones promptly and courteously, engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns, manage client appointments and expectations, efficiently organize service workflow and ensure regular communication with technicians, order and bill parts, create and finalize repair orders.





Wage negotiable based on experience.
