Qualifications:

- Experience in the Powersports Industry Preferred (ATV, UTV, Watercraft, Motorcycle, Snowmobile)
- Proven Leader with a growth mindset and the ability to make decisions based on solid experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must!
- An organized and reliable approach to customer follow-up and call-backs.
- Criminal Record Check and Drivers Abstract
- Proficient with computers and software including but not limited to Outlook, Dealer Business Systems, Various online platforms.

:

- Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, the Parts Associate will work along with other Associates at the front parts counter.
- Assist Customers, in-person, on the phone and via email to look-up their requested parts, accessories and soft-goods.
- Recommend various maintenance items and accessories to customers in order to maximize their experience with their machine and the dealership.




- Assist with seasonal inventory booking programs from various vendors in order to ensure the best product availability and profit margins.
- Continually oversee showroom displays and merchandising in order to maximize the customer's shopping experience as well as to keep in-line with pre-existing BRP Retail Environment Guidelines
- Various other tasks that ensure the successful operation of the Parts Department.

Compensation and Work Schedule: The dealership operates Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am to 12:00pm.

Industry competitive compensation will be based on 40-44 hour work week and paid at a fixed hourly wage to be determined based on the applicant's qualifications and job experience.

Extended hours may be required from time to time as needed and Saturdays are typically worked one on and one off. Scheduling will remain flexible to ensure full staff coverage and a 40-44 hour workweek is maintained.

Time-off, Holiday Pay and Health Benefit options will be in-line with Provincial Standards but to be discussed with the applicant individually.
