Front Desk Receptionist (Healthcare Clinic) – Hamilton / Stoney Creek

Wellspring Health & Wellness is a busy, patient-focused rehab & wellness clinic in the Hamilton / Stoney Creek area. We’re looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people, multitasking, and keeping the day running smoothly.

We currently have one full time and two part-time front desk team members, one of them will be returning to school, and we’re looking to add someone reliable and consistent to support the clinic long-term.

What you’ll do

- Greet clients, check them in/out, and ensure a welcoming experience
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle appointment inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage changes/cancellations
- Support direct billing / insurance processing
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with practitioners to keep schedules on time
- Maintain a clean, professional front desk and waiting area
- Assist with small admin tasks (scanning, forms, filing, basic reporting)

What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident with computers (email, scheduling systems,



basic spreadsheets)
- Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Detail-oriented (accuracy matters with bookings and billing)
- Prior medical/clinic reception experience
- Experience with direct billing/insurance is an asset (we can train the right person)

Schedule & availability
- Part-time or full-time options (based on availability)
- Daytime and/or evening shifts; some Saturdays may be available
- Start date: ASAP
