We have an immediate opening for a Patient Liaison Operations Associate. This position is available in Calgary, AB.

How we plan on keeping you busy:

- Be responsible for tracking patient requests and ensuring adherence to the established process.

- Enters and organizes data in internal database and document templates

- Helps maintain patient documentation and internal archives

- Supports logistics related to material shipments

- Assists in scheduling meetings and preparing internal roles or follow-ups.

- Prepares internal follow-up notes and summaries from meetings

- Contributes to a collaborative and detail-oriented team environment

- Other duties as assigned.

What will help you get here:

- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or in progress (e.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.




- Being responsive and available to address requests as needed
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), leading meetings with executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable working Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry tools.
- Attention to detail and consistency in documentation.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to supporting the team.
- Interest in learning.
- Strong ability to collaborate between internal and external parties.
- This position involves meetings outside of office hours.
