and retirement savings program.What You’ll DoCoordinate and verify workflow across all Data Centre functions while maintaining timely communication with internal and external partners.Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and appropriately escalate.Accurately enter, manage, print, and distribute information from internal and external sources into WMI systems.Create and maintain system logs, reports, tickets, labels, and management spreadsheets.Perform routine preventative maintenance on Data Centre equipment and support cross‑functional activities.About YouMinimum OSSD Grade 12 (or equivalent) and at least one year of data entry experience.Strong administrative, communication, and customer service skills, with effective problem‑solving ability.Accurate keyboarding skills (including SCAN data entry) and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.Capacity to work independently, adapt to varied hours, and support cross‑functional teams.Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations within Distribution Services is an asset.Posting DetailsPosting End Date: May 30th, 2026Shift: C Shift – Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AMLocation: CJX Canada Distribution Centre, American Drive, 3185 American Drive, CanadaSalary Range: $37,590.00 – $52,626.00 per year (may vary based on skills and experience).Candidate aged 18 and over must undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
