The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.Job Description:Position OverviewThe Copilot Activation team is seeking a Copilot Adoption SME to embed within Finance teams and redesign workflows using Copilot.This role is hands-on and focused on building Copilot-enabled workflows, prompts, and AI patterns directly within real business processes.The SME will work side-by-side with users to embed Copilot into day-to-day operations and drive sustainable behavior change through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCopilot Workflow Design & BuildDesign and deploy Copilot-enabled workflows across finance processesDevelop and maintain prompt libraries tied to real workflowsBuild repeatable patterns and integrate with tools such as Excel, Teams, and Power PlatformProcess RedesignAnalyze current-state workflows and identify automation opportunitiesRedesign processes end-to-end leveraging CopilotReduce manual effort, improve handoffs, and increase throughputEmbedded EnablementWork directly with users in live environments using real dataSupport labs, clinics,



and in-the-flow coachingBuild user confidence through hands-on deliveryInnovation & ScalingIdentify new Copilot use cases beyond initial scopePrototype and test Copilot solutionsDocument reusable assets and contribute to knowledge baseSuccess MeasuresNumber of Copilot-enabled workflows deployedPercentage of users able to operate independently post-PODReduction in manual effort and process cycle timeAdoption and usage of prompt librariesStakeholder satisfaction and usability of redesigned workflowsQualificationsEducation and ExperienceUndergraduate degree3+ years in Finance, Accounting, or OperationsExperience in finance processes such as reconciliations, close, or reportingTechnical & AI SkillsHands-on experience with Microsoft CopilotAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power PlatformStrong understanding of workflow design and automation conceptsCapabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work directly with business usersCuriosity and experimentation mindset with AI toolsWork activities include a blend of highly collaborative activities and individual deliverables. Individuals are expected to be onsite 4 days a week.
