As part of the Government Funds team, you will oversee significant venture capital programs totaling $1.2B AUM, including VCAP and Growth VCCI. The position involves managing stakeholder relationships, guiding fund managers, and monitoring fund performance while ensuring alignment with policy objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead negotiations for program delivery on fund investments • Monitor fund performance and compliance with agreements • Guide fund managers to enhance governance and operational sustainability • Provide strategic oversight on investment execution and risk management • Develop training and mentorship programs for Analysts

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related discipline • 10 years+ experience in venture capital or private equity • Proven expertise in fund structures and governance frameworks • Solid stakeholder management skills • Ability to lead high-performing teams
