JOB DESCRIPTIONBe Part of the Valcartier Cadet Camp AdventurePosition: DishwasherLocation: Valcartier BaseSalary: Starting at $18.25/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions availableStart Date: June–July–August (summer season)Public transportation does not reach the base; you must arrange your own transportation to the military base. Carpooling may be possible following hiring.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWash, transport, and store dishesPerform cleaning dutiesClean countertops and surrounding work areas, sweep and mop the service area, kitchen, and workstationAssist with the maintenance of the kitchen and equipmentClean tablesEnsure cleanliness of the workstation and surrounding areasHelp put away deliveries as neededFollow established safety regulationsPerform any other related duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience as a dishwasher (an asset)Good physical stamina for lifting and carrying itemsMAPAQ certification (an asset)Strong organizational skillsPositive attitudeAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to work independentlyEnsure that hygiene and sanitation programs are followedAbility to meet operational needsThe successful candidate for this position must complete a criminal background check and, when required, a vulnerable sector check.
