Content Lead, QuestMediaThe Content Lead will be a foundational member of the QuestMedia team, ensuring our ambitious content mission is executed with precision and authority. This role reports directly to the Deputy Editor.ResponsibilitiesProduce original content for The Margin, including short‑form reactive pieces, medium‑length articles, long‑form features, newsletter installments, podcasts, and more.Participate in strategic editorial planning across formats and oversee the end‑to‑end content lifecycle from pitch approval to publication.Maintain a daily delivery cadence across all platforms and manage content for daily and weekly newsletters.Manage the creative workflow for external contributors, including soliciting pitches, refining submissions, and providing developmental editing.Enforce adherence to the style guide and ensure all content is authoritative, engaging, and consistent with the QuestMedia voice.Serve as backup for the Deputy Editor, managing key tasks to keep the newsroom running efficiently.QualificationsStrong writer with polished, near‑publication‑ready work at volume.5+ years in digital media, journalism, or content,
