As the Instructional Designer Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality, cohesive, blended learning solutions that enable employee onboarding in alignment with organizational goals.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality, engaging learning solutions across digital and instructor-led formats.Ensure solutions have clear learning objectives and are delivered using effective, contemporary learning methodologies grounded in adult learning.Ensure high standards across all learning content enabling integrated, learner-centered experiences.Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure solutions are cohesive, relevant, engaging, and impactful.Support go-live phases,
