Enhance guest experiences as the Assistant Housekeeping Manager at our resort in Osoyoos, BC. This role focuses on outstanding cleaning services and effective team management.
As a key member of our hospitality team, report to the Executive Housekeeper to assist in running the housekeeping department. You will manage a variety of staff roles while ensuring rigorous cleanliness and safety standards are met. Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of hotel housekeeping experience and be proficient in standard office software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular cleanliness and safety inspections
• Address and resolve any guest service issues
• Train new employees in housekeeping protocols
• Coordinate with maintenance for effective property management
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in hotel housekeeping
• Post-secondary hospitality education preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends
