The Team Lead will help coach, lead, and inspire the team to meet goals and uphold our brand mission, vision, values and pillars of Cannabis NB.Responsibilities and Key AccountabilitiesSupport the Store Manager in achieving store sales and operational goalsLead, motivate, coach and train team members to deliver exceptional customer serviceDrive a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and resultsEnsure adherence to loss prevention policies to support achieving store shrink goalsReport, document, investigate and address near misses, customer injuries or workplace accidents in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with corporate policies and provincial or federal lawsEnsure in-store responsibility processes and practices are adhered to, and evaluated to ensure effectivenessConduct quarterly and new hire performance reviewsReport, document, investigate and address behavioral issues in a timely mannerDevelop, and maintain a high diverse, high-performance retail team through consistent selection, development, and motivationAbout YouYou are a natural leader with a solid ability to inspire and motivate others,
