We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a Safety and Security Manager to manage OPENLANE’s safety performance at assigned Vehicle Logistic Centers (VLCs). You will be part of the Operations team responsible for identifying and correcting potential hazards, incident reporting, and compliance with internal safety programs. In this role, you will have the chance to use your experience to partner with managers, HR, and employees to foster a safe and healthy work environment.You AreSafety Conscious. Familiar with our operations and safety standards, you are able to identify & correct issues or potential enhancements for safety at work.Solution-Oriented: Proactively seek solutions to recurring problems and/or ways to build efficiencies in processes.A Mentor: May serve as a mentor or SME for other safety coordinators and supervisors within OPENLANE.You WillLead the implementation and compliance with our Safety program, including coordination/retention of safety records.Manage a team of security professionals and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Security department.Serve as co‑lead of site safety committee and participate in national safety calls.Liaise with Safety Coordinators across the region to instill a strong culture of safety at the VLCs.Conduct regular inspections, observations, and safety talks in conjunction with site leadership to foster a safety‑conscious culture.Educate department leaders and employees on safety procedures, including industry best practices.Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all incidents, including near‑misses,
