Position SummaryThe Manager, Data Analytics supports the development and implementation of data‑driven strategies to optimize business performance. Responsibilities include pricing, promotional strategies, market analysis, web analytics, and reporting, fostering cross‑functional collaboration to drive insights and decision‑making.What You’ll DoWe are seeking a Data Platform Lead to own and manage our GCP/BigQuery infrastructure, serving as the central point of accountability for all reporting and consumption datasets across the organization. This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing our data platform to ensure high‑quality, reliable, and performant data assets are available to stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all downstream reporting. They will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data standards, implement best practices for data modelling and pipeline development, and drive continuous improvement in how we surface insights to the business. A deep understanding of BigQuery architecture, cost optimisation, and data governance principles is essential for success in this role. The Manager may identify gaps in reporting infrastructure, implement best practices, and introduce automation. Training and supporting other departments in self‑service reporting and maintaining vendor relationships for analytics tools are also key responsibilities. Cross‑functional collaboration is essential, working with all business units to ensure alignment and integration of analytics initiatives.
