As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of child care operations, ensuring alignment with YMCA values and strategic goals. The role requires a minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience along with a strong background in budget management, team development, and compliance with legislation. You will champion initiatives that foster inclusivity and community connection while enhancing family experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee childcare operations and program compliance
• Foster relationships with caregivers and lead the childcare team
• Manage budgets, operational plans,



and performance outcomes
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback
• Advocate for YMCA values across Child Care programs
Requirements:
• Child Development Certificate – Level 3 or equivalent
• 7+ years in leadership roles in Child Care or related fields
• 3+ years leading multi-site operations
• Valid driver's license with insurance coverage
• Explicit Police Information Check within the last six months
