Job Overview

We are seeking a person who can provide personal care to an adult young lady living in a family managed private home. This person will also take her out to community activiities.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.
- Help with mobility exercises or transfers using proper techniques to ensure safety during heavy lifting or physical assistance
- Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns to family members and other support staff.

Skills

- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Solid patient care skills with a focus on individuals with disabilities .




- Knowledge of medication administration, meal preparation, and basic nursing tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and assist with mobility needs
- Excellent communication skills combined with compassionate caregiving approach
- Reliable, energetic, and proactive attitude towards supporting clients’ independence and safety
