We are currently seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and caregivers who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Job Overview

As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide non-medical home care and personal support services to clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, promote safety and independence, and provide companionship.

This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility and transfers using safe techniques
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Support medication reminders (as directed in care plan)
- Accompany clients to appointments or community activities
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies




- Maintain professional communication with supervisors and families

Qualifications

- PSW certificate, Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
- Experience working with seniors, dementia care, or neurological conditions is an asset
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred (commercial driver's license is an asset)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is an asset
- Ability to pass a criminal record and vulnerable sector check
