This role ensures crews are productive, secure, and delivering work that meets Amity Exteriors' quality standards. The Site Superintendent bridges the gap between field crews and the Project Manager, maintaining momentum on site while upholding our reputation for craftsmanship.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFIELD LEADERSHIP & CREW MANAGEMENTLead, direct, and motivate on‑site crews (in‑house and subcontractors)Assign daily tasks and manage crew scheduling to meet project timelinesMonitor crew attendance, productivity,
