This role is critical to maintaining compliance, supporting field operations, and strengthening our safety culture across projects and offices.Reporting to the HSE team, the HSE Administrator will manage safety data, administer safety management systems, coordinate training and certifications, support audits, and assist with incident and claims processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an HSE professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesHSE Administration & ComplianceMaintain, monitor, and analyzeincident data, HSE statistics, trends, and corrective actionsTrack safety violations and follow up on corrective measuresPrepare, review, and provide feedback on HSE documentation, reports, and presentationsMaintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date HSE records and databasesKeep management informed of any issues impacting safety or operational performanceTraining & OnboardingCoordinate and tracksafety training, certifications,
and renewalsEnsure training records are accurate, current, and accessibleSupport onboarding processes related to HSE requirementsEnsure employee and subcontractor compliance with safety documentationSystems, Audits & ReportingAct as theprimary administratorfor safety management systems (e.G., SiteDocs)Support safety system configuration, user access, troubleshooting, and data integrityMonitor system usage to ensure field compliance with inspections, forms, and reportingAssist with internal and externalHSE auditsSupport incident reporting, investigations, and injury/claims managementAdministrative SupportAssist with contractor pre-qualification submissions (ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks, etc.)Maintain departmental and project files with strict confidentialityProvide general administrative support, including filing, meeting minutes, scanning, and document controlSupport the HSE team and site operations to promote protected work practicesQualifications & Requirements3–5 yearsof HSE administrative or coordination experience preferredFluent in English withstrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient inMS Office(Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word,
