This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a Canada‑wide network of climate professionals—including engineers, planners, scientists, and economists—to help clients plan, implement, and sustain climate‑resilient assets.You’ll manage impactful projects across the public and private sectors, supporting clients in government, healthcare, industry, and beyond. This role can be based inany major city in Canadaand includesflexible, hybrid work options .Your ImpactDeliver best‑in‑class climate risk and resilience projects for clients across multiple sectors.Contribute to WSP’s Environmental Advisory practice and collaborate across business lines to deliver strategic services related to climate change, climate risk, adaptation, and sustainability.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality delivery on time and on budget.Oversee the development of explicit, concise written reports that communicate technical insights and address client needs and objectives.Lead the creation and integration of digital tools within projects,
enabling clear and accessible communication of interactive results.Support business development efforts with existing and prospective clients at both local and national scales.Provide technical leadership to internal and external project teams.Mentor team members, fostering growth and professional development.Lead knowledge development and process improvement initiatives in your area of expertise.The Skills That Set You ApartBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is an asset.Professional designation (e.G., RPP, P.Eng., PMP) is considered an asset.8 years of experience delivering services within multidisciplinary teams and more than 5 years working specifically in climate change and resiliency.Deep understanding of climate risk guidance, assessment standards, and use of climate data.Strong facilitation experience, including risk identification, vulnerability analysis, and co‑design of adaptation measures.Proven ability to lead teams, manage clients, and deliver complex projects involving timelines, budgets, and multi‑stakeholder coordination.Experience with digital transformation tools such as dashboards, scenario analysis platforms, and automated workflows.Self‑directed, collaborative, passionate about climate resilience,
