Job DetailsPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate prescription workflow and related activities to meet daily deadlines; Ensure workload isshared equitably among associates, including those in other teams; Coach and mentor their team members; Actively contribute to the successful on-boarding of new hires and cross-training of existing associates; Collaborate with other pharmacy associates to achieve desired results; Ensure team monitors outgoing shipments to ensure delivery occurred within desired time frame; Consult regularly with Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacists and other pharmacy program management; Resolve or elevateoperational and customer issues through a solution-based approach; Maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and documentation on, the drugs/programs assigned to their team; Maintain working knowledge of the drugs/programs assigned to other teams; Able to disseminate knowledge and information efficiently to their team; Act as a Subject Matter Expert for their program portfolio; Work collaboratively with other Innomar business units and ABSG Patient Programs (including Health Forward) in fulfilling pharmacy responsibilities in program development and execution; Participation in and representation of pharmacy at interdepartmental meetings; Prepare/review andprocess manual claims and audits in a timely manner; Liaise with the pharmacyAccountant to manage accounts receivable, assignment of advantages, and related documentation; Enter prescriptions intothe computer; retrieve and/or correctdata in computer; Assist team in completion of day-to-day activities to meet Program deadlines; Screen calls and gather relevant information for Pharmacist; Oversee inventory management practices; Ensure timely completionof routine administrative tasks; Understand pharmacy performance metrics; Review and analyzereports, invoices or other financial documentation; Prepare, review and/or maintain Quality Assurance documentation,
