We are seeking a patient-focused and dedicated Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, effective, and high-quality medication therapy and patient care while supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient safety and professional practice.

Qualifications

- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent pharmacy degree recognized for practice in Canada

- Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) and eligibility to practise as a pharmacist in Ontario

- Experience in dispensing methadone

- Current professional liability insurance as required for practice

- Current CPR/BLS certification





- Authorized to administer injections in Ontario

- Eligible to provide pharmacist prescribing services within the pharmacist's authorized scope of practice

- Strong knowledge of Canadian and Ontario pharmacy legislation, standards, and guidelines

- Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Robust attention to detail and commitment to medication safety

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Previous community pharmacy experience is an asset
