The role partners directly with executives to plan, develop, and deliver strategic initiatives that support business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & Communications LeadershipPlan, develop, and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with Black & McDonald’s business objectivesProvide internal and external communications materials that promote corporate priorities, market positioning, and growth initiativesAct as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership and senior stakeholdersLead and project‑manage high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives from concept through executionImplement marketing and communications programs across multiple channels (digital, social, events, internal platforms, external campaigns)Business Enablement & CommunicationsPartner with business development, sales, and operations to support pipeline growth and market expansionSupport go‑to‑market strategies for current services, sectors, and regionsAnalyze market trends, competitive insights, and performance metricsOversee external communications, including corporate announcements, campaigns, and reputation‑building initiativesEnsure consistency of messaging across business units, regions,

The starting salary will be determined based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Base pay is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package.
