This role is ideal for someone with strong construction/restoration experience, proven leadership ability, and excellent conflict resolution skills.The successful candidate will support project managers, site teams, estimating coordination, and operational workflows while helping ensure projects are delivered professionally, efficiently, and to a high standard. Strong communication and the ability to resolve issues with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee field operations and project execution across multiple projectsManage and support project managers, site teams, and estimating coordinationResolve client, consultant, subcontractor, and site-level conflicts professionallyEnsure quality control and project delivery standards are maintainedCoordinate schedules, resources, documentation, and performance expectationsSupport operational improvements across departmentsWork closely with leadership on project planning, staffing, and executionMaintain clear communication between the office, the field, clients, consultants, and subcontractorsMonitor project performance, timelines,
