The role oversees the accounting function for multiple dealerships. Travel will be required between dealerships and our regional head office in Mississauga.Pay Rate: $80,000 - $120,000Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the dealership’s Accounting team, setting clear processes and high standardsOversee all financial operations including cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingPartner closely with Dealership management and General Manager to drive profitability and long-term planningPrepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunitiesEnsure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, manufacturer requirements, and government standardsManage banking relationships, credit lines, insurance,
