We’re hiring right now; if you’re interested, apply below for your chance to join a great place to work Responsibilities: Act as a Control Advisor supporting various Risk Lines of Business (LOBs) in identifying, documenting, and enhancing controls related to regulatory compliance risks. Conduct control testing and internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk Management, Audit, and Compliance to ensure alignment of control activities with enterprise risk objectives. Analyze operational, legal, market, credit, strategic,



and liquidity risks to support informed decision-making. Develop and maintain documentation of control processes, risk assessments, and audit findings. Provide recommendations for control enhancements and process improvements based on audit results and risk analysis. Support the implementation of control frameworks and contribute to the development of risk policies and procedures. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on existing controls and risk management practices. Key Responsibilities: (50% Project Tempo Support & QA / 50% BAU Control Testing) Project Tempo Support & QA (50%) Background: Banking established Program Tempo in FY25 to enhance the regulatory governance setting by assessing all regulatory requirements and ensuring they are linked with controls.
