Become a vital part of Lookout Housing and Health Society as a Clinical Resource Worker. This full time, temporary role focuses on supporting vulnerable residents and connecting them to essential services.
In your role as a Clinical Resource Worker, you will report to the Site Manager and directly support adult residents facing various challenges. This includes conducting client intakes, assisting with self-care skills, and documenting interactions effectively. Familiarity with community resources is essential, as you will liaise with partner agencies to ensure clients receive necessary support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intakes based on established criteria • Welcome and inform new clients about available aid • Assist clients with self-care and daily living activities • Document client activities and resource usage accurately • Respond to and manage client crises effectively
Requirements: • Diploma or Certificate related to the role • Minimum two years of relevant experience • OFA 1 First Aid Certificate required • Understanding of addiction and mental health resources • Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sector
