One of our Tillicum physiotherapists is moving to our new Hudson Mews clinic, creating an opportunity to step into strong, existing patient demand rather than build a caseload from scratch.

Our physiotherapists typically reach 80%+ utilization within five months — Equilibrium has served Victoria for more than 20 years. Across our three multidisciplinary clinics, an established patient base, steady new-patient demand and cross-referrals create a strong foundation for building your caseload.

What you can expect

Patients from the start.

Our Tillicum location has been established since 2018, with strong patient demand, active referral networks and systems designed to help you build and retain a full caseload.

Income security while you ramp up.

You'll receive a guaranteed minimum of $5,000/month gross commission for your first three months, with relocation support available if you're moving to Victoria.

Clinical autonomy with experienced people around you.

Practice using your own clinical judgment and the approaches you believe best serve your patients. You'll be part of a physiotherapy team ranging from newer clinicians to physiotherapists with decades in practice — giving you colleagues to collaborate with, learn from and turn to for another perspective.

You'll also have senior coaching in case review, treatment planning and practice development from a mentor who practised physiotherapy for 25 years and built a multi-clinic practice.

A team that handles the business around you.

Our front desk and operations team handles scheduling, billing, payments, recalls and patient administration so you can focus on your practice and your patients.





Space to practise the way you want.

Our Tillicum location has its own on-site rehab gym for active rehabilitation, strength and exercise-based treatment.

You'll also work within a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, RMTs, chiropractors, acupuncturists, kinesiologists and clinical counsellors, making collaboration and cross-referral easy.

Compensation

These ranges reflect what physiotherapists at Equilibrium actually earn.

- Typical Year 1: $125,000–$145,000 total compensation, including ramp-up
- Established physiotherapist: $140,000–$155,000+
- High-performing physiotherapists: $170,000–$185,000
- 50% commission on billed services
- $5,000/month guaranteed minimum gross commission for your first three months

Your earnings depend on your schedule, utilization and practice style. We'll show you how the numbers work during the interview so you can see what building your practice here can realistically look like. Already established in Victoria? An independent contractor arrangement may also be available for experienced physiotherapists who prefer that model.

The role

You'll assess and treat patients using your full scope of practice — clinical reasoning, manual therapy, exercise prescription,



patient education and the tools you believe will deliver the best outcomes.

Current graduates, soon-to-be-registered physiotherapists and experienced clinicians are all welcome.

You'll need

- CHCPBC licensure or a clear pathway to registration
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-informed care
- Excellent patient and team communication
- A collaborative, patient-centred approach

Experience or interest in strength & conditioning, manual therapy, sports rehabilitation or specialty areas is welcome but not required.
