Vigor physiotherapy clinic, we utilize the most appropriate and up to date techniques including mobilization, manipulation, soft-tissue massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling and stretching. This is coupled with guided specific rehabilitation to educate, retrain, activate and strengthen the particular areas of your body to help alleviate your symptoms, achieve your identified goals and prevent future injury recurrence.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist Physiotherapist and releasing patients and and preparing for the next patient.
- Build rapport and handling communications including in-person, over the phone, and email




- Billing to insurance comapnies
- Day to day filing and Maintaining Patient Files.
- Speaking and emailing with ICBC, WSBC, Insurers and other 3rd parties
- Cleaning

Qualifications:

- Computer application proficiency i.e. Word, Excel etc.
- Understand WSBC, ICBC and MSP and associated paperwork and billing (preferred)
- Experience using Jane App will be an asset.

Days: Monday - Saturday

Hours: 20 hours/week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Education

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Physiotherapy Assistant (required)
