Role Description The Physiotherapist is responsible for providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal and related conditions for a diverse patient population. Day-to-day tasks include conducting initial assessments, developing and updating individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and monitoring patient progress. The role involves educating patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and self-management techniques,



as well as documenting clinical findings and maintaining accurate patient records.

The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare and wellness professionals to coordinate care and contribute to clinic initiatives that support patient outcomes and community engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role located in London, ON.

Qualifications

- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Ontario, with a degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities, with experience in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation programming.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, educate patients, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, including accurate documentation and the capacity to manage a varied caseload.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, ongoing professional development, and maintaining applicable professional certifications.
- Experience in sports, orthopedic, or performance-focused physiotherapy is an asset, as well as familiarity with clinic-based electronic medical record systems.
