- Perform as Captain on the Challenger 300
- Ensure flights are executed safely and effectively
- Liaise with Flight Coordination and Sales teams

- Engage in monthly training sessions as required Requirements:
- Valid Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License
- 3,000 hours minimum flight experience required
- 1,000 hours of multi-engine PIC preferred
- Knowledge of CARs and SMS safety practices
