HotSpot Pizza is looking for an experienced Pizza Cook to join our team in Halifax.
We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen setting. The ideal candidate has previous pizza-making experience and can consistently prepare high-quality pizzas while keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Pay
$17.00–$19.00 per hour, based on experience
Experience
Minimum 1 year of pizza-making or pizza kitchen experience required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and stretch pizza dough
- Sauce, cheese, and top pizzas according to recipes and portion standards
- Prepare pizzas, garlic fingers, manakish, and other menu items
- Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
- Monitor ingredients and communicate when inventory is running low
- Work efficiently during busy periods
- Assist other team members when required
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of pizza-making experience
- Experience stretching and handling pizza dough
