Duties

- Safely deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers’ homes or workplaces while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Collect cash payments from customers upon delivery and accurately process transactions
- Navigate efficiently using GPS or maps to ensure prompt delivery times
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding delivery times or any issues that may arise
- Handle cash responsibly, ensuring proper change is given and secure storage of funds during shifts
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle




- Support the team by helping with basic shop duties when not on deliveries, such as restocking supplies

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to move and lift heavy items such as pizza boxes or small packages repeatedly throughout shifts
- Experience with commercial driving or familiarity with city streets is preferred
- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions at every delivery point
- Excellent communication skills for clear directions and customer engagement
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently
- Prior experience in warehouse work, moving, or forklift operation is a plus but not required
