Our brewery and taproom are located here in quaint downtown Welland, ON along the recreational canal. All beers are brewed onsite and our taproom also offers crafty cocktails, wines and a creative food menu. We are thrilled to have this home where our families, friends and neighbours have a place to share our love for great beer, tasty cocktails, and excellent food & culture.

Pizza Cook

Duties

- Prepare and cook pizzas on stone oven according to established recipes and procedures
- Monitor food quality and ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with catering orders as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a stone oven pizza cook or in a similar role preferred




- Previous experience using Stone Oven preferred
- Knowledge of pizza dough preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
