Depending on your experience, you will either serve as a Planner II or III, reviewing and managing various municipal applications and policies. This role calls for a solid foundation in urban planning principles and excellent communication skills to interact with the public and local stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and assess development applications and bylaws
- Provide regulatory guidance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with city departments on land use policies
- Investigate and report on planning projects
- Attend required meetings, including evenings

Requirements:

- Degree in Urban & Regional Planning or related field
- 3 years (II) or 5-7 years (III) of relevant experience
- Robust planning and project management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's Licence
