We’re Hiring a Sous Chef at Beach Grove Golf & Country Club in Windsor, ON!Salary starting at $55k, negotiable based on experienceFull timeDirect Hire!ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a wide variety of cuisine for daily dining outlets, banquets, weddings, and special eventsEnsure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and food safetySupervise and participate in food preparation and plating across all kitchen service areasCollaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create creative menu features and recipesAssist with food ordering, inventory management, and kitchen operationsSupport the training, development, and motivation of kitchen staffContribute ideas to improve food revenue, kitchen efficiency, and overall guest satisfactionWork closely with management and other departments to ensure seamless operationsMaintain accurate kitchen documentation and administrative records using Excel and WordRequirementsCulinary Education Trade Papers, Red Seal certification, or Red Seal in progressFood Safe Certification and any certifications required by provincial regulationsMinimum 3 years of experience in a Sous Chef role or higher within an upscale club, hotel, or restaurant environmentStrong knowledge of à la carte dining, banquets, catering, barbequing, fine dining,
