Key Responsibilities:
• Address inquiries from current and prospective tenants
• Complete landlord and credit checks for lease agreements
• Arrange viewings and provide information on amenities




• Conduct regular inspections to ensure units are ready
• Assist with move-in and move-out documentation
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in residential leasing or related fields
• Educational qualifications in real estate preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent detail orientation and communication skills
