In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about.Job SummaryTechnician – Sample ManagementAs aTechnicianfor ourSample Managementteam at theSherbrookelocation, you will be performing sample management activities and follow directives from the study plans.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, primary responsibilities include:Perform reception, verification, storage, data review and sample inventories using the Watson LIMS computer system; Generate studydatabase in the Watson LIMS computer system; Communicate with clients and testing facilities to inform them of the planned sample shipment schedule as well as all outgoing shipments, to send them the confirmation of receipt of external samples and to provide any other information as needed; Perform the preparation of the sample shipments to other locations, the archival preparation or disposition of the samples, as well as all follow‑ups attached to these tasks.Perform the sample preparation centrifugation and decantation.Key ElementsWe are looking for the followingminimum qualificationsfor this role:College or Bachelor diploma in a relevant field; Being able to perform repetitive motions such as handling frozen samples several times during the day; Being able to movearound in the freezer room,
