Launched in 1982, we operate a public gallery on Treaty 4 land in Regina, Saskatchewan.Job OverviewReporting to the Board of Directors, the Director‑Curator will manage all aspects of the gallery’s daily operations and lead NG in the development of a curatorial vision. The position is a two‑year term with the possibility of permanent appointment.Term, Hours and CompensationTerm: Two‑year term, with possibility of permanent appointmentHours: 35 hours a week (four days, 30 hours) with additional 5 hours of flexible work for duties such as installations, receptions, board meetings, grant deadlines, etc.Compensation: $50,000 per yearBenefits: Health and dental benefits; 4 weeks of vacation thefirst year (5 weeks total thereafter); relocation expense contribution may be providedResponsibilitiesLeadingOversee day‑to‑day operations with support from a second staff memberMaintain charitable status through documents management, annual reviews, and federal and provincial returnsManage and promote programming via curatorial work and jury‑selected works from open callsArticulate and implement a programming vision aligned with Neutral Ground’s ethosFinancial oversight: draft, monitor, and update budgets; collaborate with bookkeeper, treasurer, and accountant; prepare year‑end financial reportsWrite, report on, and communicate core and project grants with fundersOversee public promotion, engagement,
