services and more.Day to Day responsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.Greet and direct customers with a professional and enthusiastic attitude to achieve positive outcomes.Answer incoming calls while handling customers' inquiries, concerns, or questions.Proven ability in an inside sales and/or counter sales environment; can provide product knowledge and information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotes.Efficient and detail‑oriented data entry skills are required to enter appointments and orders into POS/internal systems.Qualifications and SuccessYou are interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high-energy, fast-paced team environment.You have exceptional customer service skills.You have 2 years of experience in customer service, counter, or inside sales roles (preferred).
