Role OverviewTheElectro Mechanical Specialistis responsible for executing daily production tasks and project work as part of the manufacturing build plan for aseptic filling systems. This role spans both electrical assembly and mechanical assembly responsibilities, including building cable harnesses, installing system wiring, producing complex mechanical subassemblies, final assemblies, and performing system testing. The position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing & Operations team located in Burnaby, BC. This is a full-time on‑site role.What You Will DoAssemble cable harnesses, perform wiring termination, and build electro‑mechanical assembliesProduce mechanical sub‑assemblies and final assemblies using precision tools; perform product testing, troubleshooting, and machine configurationFollow work instructions, engineering drawings, and established manufacturing processesWho You Are5+ years of hands‑on electrical and mechanical assembly experience, skilled in cable harness assembly, mechanical builds, and system testingDetail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and comfortable in a complex production environmentAble to read engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions; confident raisingconcerns and ensuring safe,



accurate workPreferred ExperienceExperience working in the medical, aerospace, or other highly regulated environmentExperience in lean manufacturingCompensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this role is CAD 72,000–76,000. This range may be modified in the future. The position is also eligible for bonus or incentive pay.
