The Day Camp Supervisor will be responsible for providing daily supervision of camp counsellors and campers, while implementing the summer camp program. We are looking for someone who loves working with children and would enthusiastically work to ensure children have the best possible experience in our programs. This is a designated position for applicants with Indigenous ancestry.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise Day Camp CounsellorsBe responsible for program funds, including collecting fees and paying for activitiesPlan the weekly calendar of activities and events for Urban Indigenous Day CampBe a caring leader through the summer for all campersActively engage and play camp games with campersMaintain a team-oriented and positive attitude while working in a team settingCommunicate effectively and professionally with campers and staffFacilitate recreational programs, including activities such as games and arts and craftsKeep rooms organized and cleanParticipate in activities with the children, including swimmingProvide outstanding communication with co-workers, children, parents and guardiansPurchase supplies/materials required for campersProvide feedback/address issues from Day camp CounsellorsWilling and able to supervise campers in a swimming pool settingEnsure a fun,
