Vision Talent is working with one of Canada's leading banks. They have an immediate need for an Agile Portfolio/Program Manager. This is an initial 12 month contract term, and they work will primarily be on-site (4-5 days week onsite in downtown Toronto).

About the Role

Our client is hiring a program/project management resource to support a development team transitioning to AI-assisted delivery practices. The profile is intentionally flexible: the client is open to either a hands-on Agile PM embedded with a single team, or a portfolio-level PM managing coordination across multiple workstreams — the right fit will depend on candidate strengths.

What You'll Do

- Support delivery planning and coordination for a development team shifting from hybrid-agile to AI DLC practices
- Help structure a cadence where product owners and business stakeholders engage daily with developers, rather than only at sprint boundaries — this is critical to avoiding backlog stalls
- Support change management efforts as the team adapts to new tools and faster,



more iterative release cycles
- Depending on profile: run agile ceremonies and team-level delivery (Agile PM path), or coordinate priorities, dependencies, and reporting across a broader portfolio of initiatives (Portfolio PM path)
- Partner with technical leads to translate AI delivery patterns (faster course-correction vs. traditional UAT) into program-level planning and stakeholder communication

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as either a hands-on Agile/Scrum PM or a portfolio-level PM in a complex enterprise environment
- Comfortable operating in a financial services or similarly regulated environment
- Strong change-management instincts — experience helping teams adopt current tools/processes without triggering resistance is highly valued
- Prior experience with AI projects/programs is a big plus
- Clear communicator who can work across technical and business stakeholders
