This highly dynamic role involves collaboration with product, data, and other engineering teams. The features delivered by this team are among the highest leverage within the company, directly contributing to generating $100s of millions in revenue.This role is based in our Toronto office, with in-person attendance expected at least 5 days per week.What you’ll doLead and empower your team: Provide technical and strategic leadership, mentoring engineers, and nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation.Drive product excellence: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other teams to define and implement a roadmap for seamless payment experiences.Develop new features: Build and optimize solutions for global markets, ensuring they are intuitive and reliable.Promote standard methodologies in engineering: Ensure high-quality code, scalability, and security in all deliverables.What you bringTechnical expertise: You possess a strong skillset in either backend or frontend development.Strong product sense:
