HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANIC

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of our various equipment lines, both in the shop and directly at customer sites.

Your Day-to-Day

* Perform diagnostics, repairs, and mechanical maintenance
* Carry out preventive maintenance procedures
* Service mining equipment at customer sites
* Operate power tools, hand tools, and related computer systems
* Complete work orders and accurately document all work performed
* Identify and assess hazards related to service tasks
* Ensure all work is performed safely
* Comply with ESS requirements and established procedures
* Contribute to other related tasks that support operations

Experience & Qualifications

* Class 1 Mechanic certification
* Training in Heavy Equipment or Mining Mechanics
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
