and mergers/acquisitionsConduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform investment decisions and mitigate risksSpecial ProjectsLead high-impact projects, managing cross-functional workstreams end-to-end from developing an approach to delivering recommendationsIndependently execute small-scale projects, delivering explicit and insightful analyses and recommendations to senior leadersValidate business cases through targeted research, data analysis, interviews, and cross functional collaborationCross-Functional CollaborationBuild strong relationships across teams to align and execute strategic initiatives effectively, communicate priorities and progress to ensure buy-in, alignment, and a culture of collaborationCreate and utilize structured frameworks for analysis and ensure recommendations are data drivenCommunicationsDevelop materials to support the strategic planning process including presentations for senior leadership, the board of directors and internal stakeholdersProvide quarterly updates on progress, identifying risks and opportunities to keep the organization on trackQualificationsMinimum 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning rolesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
