This role includes coordinating service, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. The Key Employee is knowledgeable about event menus and able to assist guests with recommendations. This is a leadership development role, providing the opportunity to build event management skills while continuing to work server or bartender shifts when not scheduled in a supervisory capacity.THE DAY TO DAY:Communicates the vision to all team members and leads by example.
