Shifts range from a start time of 06:30 to 20:00.Salary Scale: CAD $26.99 - $27.54 per hour (2026 NOWU US01)Open Date: 5/15/2026Posting Deadline: 5/26/2026Job DescriptionThis is a temporary contract for up to twelve (12) months.Sinai Health is looking for a Food Service Representative to support our Patient Food Services Department at Mount Sinai Hospital.In this role you will:Meal Delivery ResponsibilitiesDeliver meal trays, menus, and snacks to patient roomsReplenish bulk nourishment supplies to unit pantry, collect meal trays from patient rooms, clean and sanitize unit pantryPrepare and portion patient menu items, snacks and bulk supplies for unit pantriesWork on Blean station preparing patient mealsAssist with the assembly, distribution, and pick up of patient meal traysFollow portion control guidelines and therapeutic diet restrictionsPrepare and re-thermalize food items using the appropriate methods outlined by the departmentWash pots and pans, and work in the dish roomTransport and clean food cartsCollect and recycle and dispose of all garbage within the departmentEnsure safe operation,
