This position offers broad exposure across the full accounting cycle and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing, performance-driven organization.What you will be doingCore Accounting and Financial ReportingSupport financial reporting activities, including:Journal entriesAccount reconciliationsMonth-end and year-end close processesEnsure periodic close activities are completed accurately and within established timelines.Review financial data to identify discrepancies, investigate variances,



and recommend corrective actions.Perform detailed analyses, reconciliations, and reasonability testing.Assist with internal reviews, audits, and compliance with financial standards and internal controls.Provide guidance and support to accounting team members and internal stakeholders.Revenue and Receivables OversightMonitor receivable activity and aging reports to support collections and cash flow targets.Proactively manage outstanding balances and escalations as required.Support collection strategies and resolution of overdue accounts.Review and validate foreign currency transactions, including exchange gains and losses.Systems Support and Process ImprovementMaintain and support ERP financial system configurations related to:Reporting elementsTransactional settingsIdentify opportunities for operational and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.Support system enhancements, testing, and financial workflow documentation.Required Skills / ExperienceDegree in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA designation preferredMinimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Financial Reporting.Proven experience improving accounting processes and strengthening internal controls.Experience working with ERP or large-scale accounting systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency across the MS Office Suite.#J-18808-Ljbffr
